Refund & Return Policy – LuxListers
1. General Policy
Due to the exclusive and luxury nature of our items, LuxListers operates a strict no-refund and no-return policy on all purchases, except as outlined under the limited conditions below. This policy is designed to protect against fraudulent activities, including but not limited to, product substitution and counterfeit item returns.
2. Return/Review Eligibility
If you believe there is an issue with your item, you must submit a return request within 48 hours of confirmed delivery (as recorded by the shipping company). Requests made after this period will not be considered, and the sale will be deemed final.
3. Return Process & Costs
The customer must return the item at their own expense, including full shipping insurance to cover potential loss or damage during transit.
LuxListers is not responsible for lost, damaged, or uninsured return shipments. If an item does not arrive or arrives damaged, the return will be considered void, and no store credit or exchange will be issued.
4. Inspection & Resolution
Upon receipt, the returned item will undergo a thorough inspection and authentication process.
If the item is found to be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, LuxListers will:
Exchange the item for another of equal or greater value (price difference to be covered by the customer), or
Issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping costs).
5. Store Credit Conditions
Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique voucher or code.
It must be redeemed within 60 days of issuance.
Unused store credits will automatically expire after this period and cannot be reinstated or refunded.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
Items returned without prior authorization.
Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or tampering.
Items not received by LuxListers (e.g., lost or untracked shipments).
Return requests made after the 48-hour window.
7. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under relevant consumer protection laws; however, due to the luxury nature of our goods, exceptions will only be made where legally required.
