All items sold by Lux Listers are custom-made and approved by the client prior to purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Vehicle Purchases
All cars are sold under the respective dealer’s warranty. Lux Listers is not liable for any warranty claims, mechanical issues, or service arrangements post-purchase.
3. No Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our inventory, items cannot be exchanged. Each product is uniquely crafted or selected, ensuring it is one of a kind.
4. Resale Support
Should a client wish to resell a previously purchased item, Lux Listers offers resale support services. These services require separate arrangements, and any related costs will be borne by the seller.
5. Payment & Delivery Terms
All custom-made items must be fully paid for before delivery. Production timelines may vary depending on the item’s nature, and these will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to purchase.
No payment after delivery is permitted.
6. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept standard, traceable forms of payment.
